Rami-Petteri Apuli has joined the lab as a the first graduate student to be affiliated with the Department of Plant Biology. He’ll be working with analyses of WGS data from a number of different species Populus and will also be involved in the CLAP project on poplar breeding. Rami got his MSc from Oulu University and did his MSc thesis under the supervision of Outi Savolainen and Katri Kärkkäinen. He’s very welcome!
